A development professional with extensive experience in women’s empowerment and community mobilization, she has worked closely with Self-Help Groups (SHGs) to strengthen financial inclusion, leadership, and income-generation initiatives. Her work focuses on building collective resilience among women, enabling access to livelihoods, credit linkages, and sustainable economic opportunities. She brings deep grassroots insight and a strong commitment to gender equity.

A specialist in livelihood promotion and skill development, he has designed and implemented youth-focused programs that bridge the gap between training and employment. With experience across vocational training, employability skills, and enterprise development, he is passionate about creating market-aligned pathways to sustainable income, especially for youth and marginalized communities.
Mohit Kumar
Director
An agriculture professional with hands-on experience in farm-based livelihoods and rural development, he works at the intersection of agriculture, sustainability, and income enhancement. His expertise includes farmer engagement, agri-based value chains, and promoting climate-resilient and income-diversified agricultural practices that strengthen rural livelihoods.
